Very easy and seamless process. Went over all the ins and outs of diamonds (cut, color, clarity, etc.) in a very thorough manner. Everything here is fully customizable. What I liked most is after you talk through design, they then share a 3D drawing of the actual ring and also make a 3D printed wax of the ring so you can see and touch what you are about to purchase. The process was very quick (4 weeks), especially considering everything was customized. The options are endless and the ring turned out better than I could’ve imagined. Highly recommend.

I was beyond pleased with my experience at Aura diamonds. I went into it not knowing exactly what I wanted, but with Mitch it turned out better than I ever imagined.
Throughout the entire process Mitch was incredibly patient and kind and let me voice my opinions but also helped to prevent me from obsessing over every detail too much. It turned out even better than I had envisioned and is more ring than I bargained for. I have refrained from making this review for almost three years now, but decided to finally speak on my experiences—
In 2022 I ordered a custom ring. The ring itself was great, the renders and photos were perfect. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but it was a gorgeous ring nonetheless.
Something that should have been telling of how my experience would be was when the jeweler kept confusing me with other customers throughout the entire process. Every call, I had to remind the jeweler of my name and my ring, as he’d start talking about the ring and making comments that made no sense because he thought I was someone else.
Upon receiving the ring, the main stone was loose, and within 10 days— one of the small diamonds on the band had fallen out.
We sent it back to be fixed, I was understanding and had a “stuff happens” kind of attitude. We were elated at the quality of the ring, so we weren’t in bad spirits about it.
Then came the second major issue, the ring was sent to back to the wrong customer. The jeweler mixed me up with someone else and delayed the ring being returned and we were worried we’d even get it back in the first place.
We finally got the ring back and we were hoping we wouldn’t have to face any issues again. Then about 2 months later, another diamond fell out of the band.
Once again, we send it off for repair. Upon returning the ring, the jeweler then confused my name with another customer on the return label— the address was correct, but the name was incorrect as was the amount of insurance paid for with the mailing. I caught this immediately because he emailed me the shipping label so I could track it, but it was already too late— it had been sent.
We got the ring back for the second time, and not even 2 months later another diamond fell out. At this point we don’t even want to deal with them and so we didn’t send it back. I would rather pay another jeweler to fix the ring properly than send it back for this to happen again. (Full transparency, we have yet to send it to anyone else to be fixed, but that’s the attitude I still maintain in the matter)
I’ve held off writing a review because I honestly didn’t want to spend any more time thinking of how much money I spent on the custom ring & band + all the stress it has caused me for these shipping errors taking place. That was until a month ago when yet another diamond fell out.
All of that to say— the ring itself is gorgeous, the work is great, but I would not recommend this business to anyone I know. Maybe if they were local I would have more peace about it, but even then— I shouldn’t have to regularly repair a ring I paid thousands upon thousands of dollars on.
I’m sure my experience is just incredibly bad luck, and that they do great work and great customer service— this was just not my experience with them.

We chose Aura Diamonds for my fiancé's engagement ring based on all the great reviews and we were so glad we did! They were great about meeting with us outside of normal business hours since we do not live near Dallas. They were very patient, educating us about everything and letting us make our own decisions. Once we selected a diamond, my fiancé explained the ring and mounting she wanted and Aura emailed a drawing of it for us to approve. As our wedding day approached, Aura made the wedding band, again sending the drawing of it beforehand for approval. Everything turned out beautiful and my wife gets soooo many compliments on her ring and all of her friends are jealous of it! We highly recommend Aura Diamonds!

I genuinely cannot recommend a person, or a place, more than I can Mitch at Aura Diamonds. Mitch assisted my now fiancé and I on multiple occasions to design, test, and finally love a custom setting. The ring itself turned out better than I could have imagined. I look forward to returning for our wedding rings in the near future.

Went to Aura Diamonds to design a custom engagement ring for my fiancee. Simply put, it was a great experience. They took the time to really educate us on the different diamond characteristics (cut, clarity, etc.) before working with us to create the exact ring my fiancee wanted. We had multiple appointments where we saw all the possible options and they never made us feel rushed to make a decision or pressured to use them as our jeweler.
We've recently purchased our wedding bands from them as well.
Will continue to be my go to jeweler for any special occasions down the line.

Had an unbelievable experience here! Walked in for my appointment and immediately got offered a drink. Instead of browsing pre set rings they sat me down and asked what i was looking for and put it together in front of my eyes. They gave my all the shape and carat options in my budget and let me compare them all while explaining how diamonds are graded and different things to look for. Ended up sizing up from a 3 carat to a 4 because that option was given to me. I will always recommend someone to come to aura diamonds!
