Custom designed rings are made the way you want. You control diamonds or gemstones in your jewelry. You have the option of different metals, as well. What do I need to prepare for before an appointment?

Appointments are preferred but not required to come and visit us. When you book an appointment we will discuss what you have in mind for your visit. We will discuss the diamond or gemstone shapes you have in mind and the overall style of the ring. It also helps to go into your appointment with a budget. We would like to help stay in your budget. If you really do not know what you have in mind, that is ok, too. Some people really need to look and try on some pieces to see what suits them.
What is the minimum deposit to secure a diamond or custom design engagement ring?

We keep a large assortment of diamonds on hand. If you have some quality requirements that make it necessary to have a diamond shipped back in, we will give a the opportunity to put down a 100% refundable deposit of $1000.00. Your deposit will allow you 2 diamonds to be shipped back in. If for any reason you are change your mind or are not happy with the diamonds that were requested to be shipped in, we can get others in to replace them with no additional deposit or refund you deposit fully.
Custom designed jewelry require 50% down to start the custom design. If you put down a deposit to have diamonds shipped in, we will wait for you to decide on the diamond before we ask for the 50% down for the custom design. Upon deciding on the diamond, your $1000 deposit will go towards the purchase of the custom design.
Should I shop by myself or with my significant other?

If you need it sooner, it very possible we can accommodate your time frame. During your appointment, please tell the person you are working with your time frame.
